Invited talk at the IEA PVPS task 16 / SolarPACES Task V at the KNMI

Dr Stanislav Darula (Slovak Academy of Science) and Dipl.-Ing. Aicha Diakite (TU Berlin) of the IEA Task 61 were invited to present their work on spectral data and to discuss future collaboration possibilities on spectral measurements and modelling with the IEA PVPS Task 16 members working on solar resources for high penetration and large-scale applications. The 4^th task experts meeting of the IEA PVPS Task 16 / SolarPACES Task V took place at the headquarters of the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (Koninklijk Nederlands Meteorologisch Instituut – KNMI) in de Bilt, Netherlands.
