The second expert meeting of the IEA SHC Task 61/ EBC Annex 33 on “Integrated Solutions for Daylighting and Electric Lighting” was held in Lausanne on September 6-7, 2018. The IEA 61 Subtask C3 team working on spectral sky data started a collaboration with the IEA Task 16 focusing on “Solar resource for high penetration and large scale applications” on spectral sky measurements.
