Visiting Researcher at the Laboratory of Integrated Performance in Design (LIPID), EPFL

In April 2018, Aicha joined the Laboratory of Integrated Performance in Design (LIPID) at EPFL as a visiting researcher to work collaboratively with Jan Wienold on the implementation of the spectral sky model in Radiance. The models were developed at the Chair of Lighting Technology at the TU Berlin within the project ‘Development and Application of Spectral Sky Models in Urban Planning’, supported by the Velux Stiftung. The implementation of the models in software is a collaborative research within the IEA SHC Task 61/ EBC Annex 33, Subtask C3 on ‘Spectral sky models for advanced daylight simulations’.
